Yes, it’s a lot further. Boro is about 180 miles and Southampton about 120. It’ll be their longest except the deckchairs I’m sure.Is it further than Southampton?

And the cup gamesWe’re not selling Millwall very rapidly and that’s despite the London diaspora. Same reasons for both I’d say. It’s January. Everyone’s skint. The trains are buggered.

I think MFC have missed a trick not opening up additional blocks in the south (normally released for popular games). There will end up being 4 or 5 thousand unused seats in the SE corner. There has been so much travel in December and will be in January not just cost of tickets. Train and Tube strikes all over the place in January at present.
Ref Coventry match - Hardly any tickets left to buy at present in the South Stand, East Stand and S/E corner. MFC seem to have left quite a bit of segregation in the South Stand for this game.
They're open now. Will have been waiting for ticket office staff to arrive I would think.I think MFC have missed a trick not opening up additional blocks in the south (normally released for popular games). There will end up being 4 or 5 thousand unused seats in the SE corner.

Hangovers being a key factor. The crowd were very flat today. I've found this to generally be the case on the new years days games over the years.
