The woman on the phone said about them needing to be sold on first, but the woman in the ticket office just said my account would be credited the £60.
If the latter was right, it might just be because it's a weekend that I haven't got anything back yet.

Yes, it was the latter, person in ticket said it would be refunded but could take a couple of days, not sure if it has dropped in the account yet as another person in our party made the original purchase.

Our indifferent start I am sure has had an impact, plus rail strike, plus money tighting for a lot of people and limited ambition in the transfer market.

Even so I thought the 2,000 would just sell out.

Just got refunds for ours at the ticket office against the credit card( will take a few days to show).

I handed Blackpool tickets over before Cardiff match and money was in my account the next day.
