Could potter really be sacked??

I don’t think Todd Boehly has any real knowledge on how to run a football club, if I’m honest. I think Chelsea are going to really struggle to adjust in the next few years, Abramovich was for all his faults someone who broadly understood football enough to make winning appointments and now Chelsea have someone who will just pick based on name value and then will fail to follow an overarching philosophy. Could end up with them ending up like Woodward-era Man United.

The last Chelsea manager to have more than 3 years in the job was Mourinho in 2004-2007. Most have less than 2 years in job.

Just think it was the wrong move and at the wrong time. You can't blame him for wanting to move on from brighton.

Yet it just seemed a really good fit. It was his squad and built on a relative 'shoe string' by prem standards. I say that based on just how good they are to watch. I will genuinely watch them whenever they are on TV. Just play football the way we'd all want our sides to play.

How much have Chelsea shelled out on former manager compo in the last few years? The figures are stunning and frankly disgusting. They cannot pull the trigger already.

Just look how long arsenal persevered with Arteta. It takes time.

I think they've spent over 300mil since the summer. Thats impressive considering how poor they are 😂

Firing Tuchel was mental.
Well they did because the results were going south and they thought they should have been doing better. Tuchel was displaying some odd behaviour as well.

. Their squad isnt that great. Aubamayang, Pulisic, Ziyech wouldnt bust a gut going to their own weddings. I don't particularly rate Kovacic and Mount seems to be woefully out of form.

They have spent so much money on above average players who could only be bought by clubs for whom they simply wouldn't attract the interest of. It's quite similar to many of Man Utd's purchases over the last decade.

I thought Tuchel was great, but as mentioned above, they weren't pulling up trees when he left.
