Food retail has been deathly quiet today - they did pile in yesterday.
Gives supply chains a chance to recover and the people in store some much needed quiet time.
Maybe the lull before another storm.....
Looks like this weekend the sun might shine - bar b q crazy in gardens up and down the land.

Not really, it's not like it'll go off.

But it's annoying for me. Still can't get any at all down here and we are running low.
What part of the UK do you live SmallTown?
I was merely stating that the I'm alright, selfish Jack's that thought of themselves & more important than you & I, went out & formed massive queues, stood in them for hours for no other reason than I WANT ITEMS NOW & if served no purpose, just that those selfish lot stood in queues they needn't have if they'd have acted sensibly

West London. I’ve honestly given up any hope of seeing loo roll!

of course these people don’t realise, or don’t care, that people like myself now have to wander round every corner shop in the area on the quest for essentials. Thus potentially spreading the virus and killing more people.

I would have thought so too. I guess, inherently, Londoners are more selfish than the rest of the country. Especially in the west.
Good to know the rest of the country is doing ok though. I think things are settling down a bit
