Regardless of our individual political persuasions an elected MP of any party should have the right to be safe at all times and this is absolutely horrendous. I hope they thrown the book at whoever is responsible and my thoughts are very much with his family, friends and colleagues. RIP.

All very well people saying it's bad timing making above comments, but people do sometimes use overly strong/aggressive language on here when it comes to politics.
