Congratulations Wrexham. Back After 15 Years

Why so miserable? Ryan Reynolds’s and Rob McElheney are doing a lot for the club and local area and a lot for charities. It’s a great story and a great season.
Exactly this - just the bitter that don't enjoy this. Shocking that Notts don't come up with them considering their points total, so fully behind their playoff campaign

Just hope Notts County win the play offs, to get over 100 points is a fantastic achievement and deserves success
Living round here I have to laugh as I have a couple of mates that are Notts County fans and they say the same thing, we’re going to lose to Chesterfield in the play offs and be the only team to not get promoted having scored over a hindered goals and amassed over 100 points!!!

It all sounds typical Boro🙈

The new stand and their global range they will walk league 2 and be touching the championship in 3 years.

Next stop man u in San Diego.
Not so sure about that, it gets harder the higher up the leagues you go to just throw money at it

You would expect them to get there eventually but to do it in 3 years would be a massive achievement. We have proved over the years that spending more doesn’t always lead to success. You need to recruit the right players and staff. Not just the most expensive ones. Sometimes the big names just fail at a new club.

Wrexham AFC were bought by members of the town following their liquidation. They have flattered to deceive many times. That sounds typical Boro too.
I have just got home from Wrexham, it means a lot to the town, believe me they have scant else.

I gave the doc a chance when it first aired in October… I just find all the gushing over them from Sky, BBC etc a bit over the top now.

Would much rather Notts County have came out on top, it would make a better story.

Why would it?

Team that was relegated 4 years ago versus team that was relegated 15 years ago and nearly went under after relegation.

Notts County have a very large budget for the National League too, it's not David v Goliath.

The only difference is their owner isn't famous.

The owners and GK get more press than the actual club. I'd hate that.

Imagine 24/7 Steve Gibson has made the playoffs. I don't even know who the Wrexham manager is? Or players other than Mullen who's apparently on 7k a week.
You don’t know who Phil Parkinson is?

Those who seem churlish over Wrexham’s achievement are holding some kind of latent jealousy in my opinion. They will deny it of course but they are kidding themselves.
Agreed.

They should be winning the league given their budget. It doesn’t mean you have to bitter or sour about it. It’s good for the town and their supporters to have that. I’m about 10 episodes into the doc and enjoy the story

Don’t get me wrong I’m happy for Wrexham As I consider them a league club anyway and it’s great to them back.

I think the situation is summed up best by looking at the shirts yesterday boreham wood had wood city (??) whereas Wrexham had tiktok, arguably the biggest social media site on the planet ( in the conference).

They also had an England international keeper playing for them.

It shows how good and how well notts co have done to compete.
