My son is engaged to a French lady who doesn't have UK citizenship - does she get caught in this?

But like with anything this government does, they make a headline grabbing splash and then when people raise questions over how it'll work in practice, there is a massive lack of detail.

As I understand yes unless he is earning over £38,000 per annum. I hope for your son’s sake I’m wrong or they change the policy.
