If you mean a medical, you can pass a medical if the club is aware of the injury.

You hardly ever get players passing a medical when injured. Far more regularly moves collapse when players are injured and medical is failed. Much more often clubs say a player is injured to explain absence while negotiating a move.

Not really. Players pass medicals all the time when injured. They fail when an unrelated injury shows up or the issue is a lot worse than first disclosed.

For this season, Bournemouth signed Tyler Adams and Alex Scott whilst injured.

Dropping £45m+ on them.

So yeah, it happens constantly.
