It does seem fake. but I wonder if that's old Horny knowing he shouldn't be sending the messages so being a bit weird or they are fake? Either way I can't see RBR being worried

I think it is more the images - when run through an AI checker they score something like 98% chance of being AI generated according to the interwebs. I don’t know. It’s all very grainy and none of the screenshots are the full conversations so context is hard to establish. Someone mentioned the blue ticks aren’t consistent on the messages too? I haven’t noticed that though.

There is a power dynamic there, for sure, but without the whole message threads surely it’s hard to establish if that was being abused? The KC may have seen everything and decided that, on balance, it wasn’t abused. We will never know.

What is important to remember is the KC would get struck off if he was part of some kind of RB cover-up. The complainant can appeal and take it higher than the corporate investigation that it is currently so it would come out. We also have to consider the motives of the leak - why only grainy partial messages? Why not the whole lot that would be a slam dunk?

For now I am trusting the process. I would like to believe that a KC would do their job diligently and I also would hope that RB wouldn’t want to really damage their business by covering anything up (as it always comes out). There is an appeal process - if she appeals we’ll see what happens.
 
Apparently it's his travelling PA but it's unclear as to whether he employs her personally or whether she's on the RedBull payroll.

I think the images are real now. I wouldn't say he's being coercive or controlling but he's certainly a lonely sex pest.

If he hadn't told Geri about this while the enquiry was ongoing he's toast as far as his marriage is concerned. So humiliating for her.

I would say yes to coercive, because he is using his position of power to influence it. There a signs within this messages to back off, but he’s like a teenager with a dog with a bone, she has then probably gone against her principles and shared pics etc met him by the sounds of things

Interesting one for sure, probably not enough there to make him guilty

I would have thought she would be on RB payroll or the investigation wouldn’t have occurred would it? But I have no idea really!!
 
A lot depends now on whether this lady takes up a Private case. RBR will probably stump up enough money to make that go away and back-charge Horner. As long as Geri is holding his hand RBR won't do anything else during this season. Most depends now on how much the media and the other teams try to keep it as an open story. Longer it stays in the press conferences the more likely are for RBR to cut their losses. Adrian Newey response to it all will be the key for RBR. Horner replaceable tomorrow, Newey not so much
 
Reports say that he wants to leave. As with nearly all of this saga it has all been media reports and none of it has happened. Max is still there. Horner still there. Geri still there. Newey still there.
