Anyone know why Reserved Cup Tickets aren’t showing? Thought you had until 5pm today to get them?

A friend of mine wasn’t able to go but he can now (long story) but isn’t able to get his own reserved SC seat.
 
Absolutely loads of tickets now available. So everybody kicking off with priority points can now get one

You have to go about 4:50 on the ticket page so front of que as they were released
 
Tried but no dice only a few singles by the time I got on by 5.01 certainly not loads left. Priority points to people have been shafted
 
Not sure whether I've got this right, but season ticket holders could buy a ticket for someone, who's never been to the Riverside. Yet a fan who buys tickets on a match by match basis and could quite possibly been to every game home and away misses out on Chelsea tickets. Doesn't seem too fair to me.
