Chelsea tickets

8 tickets left on MFC tickets.

The issue is going to be the tickets meant for Chelsea fans - Did Chelsea sell out before Thursday? if not where are those tickets going?

There is probably a waiting list of 3,000 plus Boro fans.

Other questions:

Who gets their share of the gate?
Who gets their share of the TV money?

It would be nice if MFC gave a statement about the chance of further tickets been released to Boro fans, based on the permanent suspension of Chelsea tickets.

Say if there are 2,000 unsold tickets in the Chelsea end - MFC are actually losing some revenue (45%) as well denying Boro fans potential tickets (with shifted segregation).

We don't know that Chelsea bought the tickets and if they have paid for them - they are not allowed to transfer funds are they?

But surely Chelsea as a club already paid for their full allocation.
Is that really how it works payment in advance?

How could Chelsea possibly know how many concessions they're going to sell.

Most likely what will happen is Chelsea will advise how many tickets they sold and for what price and this will be reconciled with the final divi-up of gate receipts less our costs etc.

Chelsea's website has the following about the tickets:

Wednesday 9 March from 10am until 5pm ONLINE ONLY: Tickets will be sold to season ticket holders and members on the UK away scheme. Supporters on the scheme will be given 500 temporary loyalty points. Maximum 10 tickets per transaction.

i would imagine they could have shifted quite a few on the Wednesday.

Just a heads up for anybody who has purchased Chelsea tickets in Block 42 and 43

original tickets will NOT work

Just had telephone conversation with lovely girl in ticket office re tickets in Block 42 and Block 43 for Chelsea game.
All the tickets in those blocks have the wrong Block number and Turnstile number (Chelsea turnstiles).
The original tickets will NOT work.
You should be getting new printed tickets in the post and an email to explain this situation.
Please note my son's email was in his JUNK folder.
Any season cards that were activated have now been reactivated with correct Block and Turnstile numbers.
Here is copy of Email from the ticket office.
