They should not allow the club's back into the UEFA club owners thingy whatever it is called. They should be kicked out of this year's Champions League.
The proper sanctions should come from the govt review. They are a populist government. We may well see some of the recommended actions from the FSA being implemented.

My worry is this will be some kind of clandestine agreement to not give out any info about how this came about. That cannot be allowed. There must be a full and transparent investigation into what happened, with the heaviest punishment to those that try and keep what happened secret.
