I have selected 3 reserved seats and added 3 seats from the seating plan, assigned the 3 names from my friends and family list and it won’t proceed, says ……exceeds our 1 ticket per person limitation. To resolve, make sure you have the necessary people in your 'My Friends & Family' within your profile and assign the tickets to individual owners by clicking on the ticket owner name. Sorry, you cannot buy any more tickets to event Middlesbrough v Chelsea 21/22 19/03/2022 17:15. Sales to this event are limited to 0 tickets per event per history per item owner.
Are you adding the names of the 3 season ticket holders or 3 other non-season ticket holders from your friends and family? If it's the latter it won't work as they are not allowed to buy tickets. Each season ticket holder effectively has to buy two tickets.

I've just been through twice to try and assign my dad his Over-65 seat on his ST. Gave up in the end and just paid the £20.

I can't believe the site doesn't just let you lock in your ST against it's usual seat and then assign the non-usual seats to one ST each - it's hardly rocket science.

Let you mix and match afterwards for whatever reason but make the first stage user friendly (and as cheap as possible!).
 
It did for me, although I had to learn a lesson from the Spurs sale.
I did it the same way as Spurs but didn't buy extras that time.

With the extras it just seems to randomly assign to ST when you assign the seats.

e.g. I wanted Over-65 as ST (£15) and an Adult (£25) assigned to that card. Every time I assigned the extra ticket it moved that one to being the SC-Adult and removed the SC-Over-65 option on the original seat (so could only be normal Over-65 (£20)).

Just have a checkbox locking the normal seat to the ST and it'd (probably) work better.

Ah I see what you are saying. I was able to buy two adult SC tickets at £20 each and two under-18s at £15 each but fortunately I didn't encounter the problem you had.
 
I have up on getting an extra seat for my uncle. And it's charged me the general sale price. I've sent them an email so they can ring me when less busy.
 
Uploaded my season card for my 2 and have sorted @changingman for 2 tickets. Just waiting on the tickets to be sent my email, how long did it take to receive your tickets/email confirmations lads? I feel guilty having someone’s money and using it but the email is taking ages!!

So second attempt (after I had to go out) - seat for my son no longer available and still wont take payment on either of my cards or my daughters.

Pretty shambolic really.

Ah, Diego mate, looks like you’ve got the same problem as me.

Exactly the same. Even worse is it’s @changingman tickets and not my own so I feel guilty. I’m sure they will turn up soon

Should only take a minute or so for the email.

Now Im phoning the ticket office on the number from the website and it says it's an incorrect number.

What is the correct number?
