Chelsea ask for game to be behind closed doors

Surely by inference they are saying that every game they play between now and end of season would have to be be played behind closed doors as they can't buy any away tickets for any away games and they cant sell any tickets to away fans at Stamford Bridge.
If Middlesbrough have to play behind closed doors it wouldn't be right to let other teams play in the same competition with supporters in attendance.
So buy inference from that every match for all teams in every competition they are still in would need to be played behind closed doors, i.e every champions league game, every premier league game and every F.A. Cup tie for sporting integrity of course.
Don't really think they have thought this through have they.
Can't wait for the F.A to agree with them.
 
We as Boro fans are going to have to put on a huge show of support for Ukraine now.

I’m not normally the type who changes my profile pic for whatever is trending in the world but I feel we as a group of supporters have an opportunity to show just what we think of Chelsea and their owner.

Big display by red faction or 12th man too late to fundraise and organise for?

Was just thinking the same thing myself - a card display with 'Sporting Integrity' on one side and then turn them over and a huge Ukraine flag - not sure how long these things take to organise

I dont see what they'd gain from asking us, in that we're hardly likely to agree and it would still be up to the FA anyway.
 
i think most of the football supporting world will be on our side with this.
If you can't have home fans at a big FA cup quarter final then there's just no point in the match even existing
 
I’m hoping the FA give them exactly that - FA.
They weren’t into sporting integrity in the play offs when their thugs tried all ways to get in the away end to cause mayhem amongst our fans.
What goes around….
