I had one of Tescos Finest Gruyere Fondue Cheese bake made with Swiss Gruyère cheese, full fat soft cheese, Emmental medium fat hard cheese and white wine and can highly recommend it.

We eat a lot of Gruyere but a nice Stilton or a hard Wensdale are my favourites.
