Charlie Hebdo - Front cover

The implication that in some way she is racist, the picture clearly represents the George Floyd incident , with her being the racist police and Meghan being George Floyd.

I can only assume you never look at satirical or political cartoons which do this on a daily basis? Do you not look at Steve Bell's in the Guardian for instance. Their job is to sum up topical news as humorously and succinctly as possible. You are taking this far too literally.

I understand satire but this is a step too far, it is unsavoury and disrespectful, to label somebody as racist when they have no grounds to do so.

Am I the only person who thinks this thread should be pulled, purely based on the sickening image and implications of it in the opening post???
You mean you don't like the image and you want to "cancel" it because it goes against your love of the royal family

Oi frenchies, no!

Peoples conspiracy theories are getting worse these days.
oh dear, you really are naive. The royals have been caught corrupting MPs, laws, governments, and civil servants...it's public record but you think they are some benign sweet old family in it for us. You need to grow up a little and stop reading fairy stories about benevolent royals.

Ok, whatever you think oh wise one but don’t you think if there was that much corruption , don’t you think there would have been some accountability by now, if it is inherent as you are trying to make out.

Maybe you'll prefer this subtler cartoon saying the same thing. Re being libellous, it was not published in the UK and has a cartoonist ever been convicted of libel, I really don't know the answer to that.

No, that's the whole point, power by birthright, laws written to protect any governance, these stop accountability. If you are really objective about this subject there is plenty in the public domain.

The Queen and Royal Family are heads of state, that’s it, they don’t govern the country, they don’t make the laws. And thankfully most of the country don’t agree with the majority on this board, this is not representative.
