Carlsberg don’t do general elections

The good thing is, the Tories are so completely out of touch with public perception and what people actually think about them, they are continuing to become less and less popular even with the marginal/swing voters.

The majority of the country - bar the rabid RW loons - are tired of all of their lies, greed, corruption, bullsh*t, one rule for me, scandals, law breaking, incompetence......and are desperate for a change. So the votes won't won't necessarily be for a Labour government but to get the Tories out.

Whatever, annihilation of the Conservatives will be lovely 👍

And hope Labour have the bollox to start looking into their nefarious activities over the past decade with a view to criminal proceedings......which they won't.
 
A good friend of mine who has always voted Tory even said he wouldn’t at the next election. They have made everything worse in 13 years. Not a single part of civic life or society has remained untouched. They have damaged everythin.
 
I can see many marginal voters voting Tory at the next GE, but I also can't see them voting Labour either. It will be a huge mess at the next GE and will end up with a coalition.

Plenty like that. Basically happy to vote for a government that made life incredibly difficult for the poor year after year, but don’t like it when it inevitably starts to impact them

what are you basing this on Rico? There isn't a poll around at the moment that suggests no overrall majority for Labour.
 
Labour victory is all but guaranteed at the next election. It will be spun as a return to Blairism and that nasty Corbyn type socialism (actually slightly left of centre social democracy) has no place in politics.

It will in reality be 100% due to the Tories being absolutely immoral, corrupt as well as out of ideas.

What a bittersweet victory indeed, nothing changes, people get poorer and the culture war will go up a gear on the fringes.
 
I see some of you lot have already bought the “they are all the same” mantra that the tories are spreading.

Well I’m sorry but if you think people like Lisa Nandy, Angela rayner and Jess Phillips are the same as Mogg Jenkins dowden and the rest of the sunak cabal then you need to seriously look at yourself.

Yep. This.

You can just see them sat round Tory HQ discussing what to do next in light of the recent polls.

"Well this clearly isn't working. Do you think, maybe, we need to be even bigger ***** than we're already being? You know turn it up to 11?"

"Can't think of anything else, let's do it. Get Sue Ellen on the blower and see what she's got".

Gonna be a fun 12-18 months 🙄
