I think I must be lucky, its a detached house. On one side we have a young-ish couple with two kids, if I had a concern it’s how little we see or hear of them, kids should be out playing? On the other side an old couple who are ok.
next door but one has some gob on her, but you only hear her when she’s in the garden, usually with het grandkids, she’s really nice, just default volume is 13. He’s an ex first division footballer and lower league manager.
