Can we have wilder back now?

Where's the proof?

I tell you where, he never left... that's the proof.

You have been had by rumour and journalists.. simple, he was never going anywhere.
Manager doesn’t leave but because he didn’t deny it in a couple of press conferences it’s the root cause of all ills at the club and the reason he was bulleted. Our managers must have been interested in that Burnley job for the last 7 or 8 years

I think it’s that it was Burnley that got to everybody.

I mean Leeds, Newcastle, Villa, somebody like that, fair enough.

But Burnley?

It was an insult wasn’t it?

Why he created this team snd this insipid one trick pony tactics.

We’re you missing a left sided centre half as well then.

He gave up on us weeks ago.
Absolute nonsense that he created this team . He's clearly had issues over recruitment and who can blame him.

He went from being god's gift to garbage in your eyes in the space of a week. Wednesday was apparently much better when there was clearly very little difference performance wise.

The bottom line is the players and recruitment isn't good enough.

His one trick pony tactics may have worked had he had players he wanted.

But now he's terrible and everyone's warming up to say the next manager is the next best thing for a while till that doesn't work either.

The problems run deeper. It's hard to take opinions seriously on here when fans flip flop from untouchable to sackable in a week.

We can perform identical too weeks running, get a. Bounce or a decision for a 1-0 win and we were amazing,. The next week play the same but something go against us and we will be terrible.

Despite performance being the same.

Your knowledgeable about the game, but this wilder u turn to now make out he's suddenly garbage when he's clearly a good manager when backed has surprised me.

Obviously if he's talked to other clubs it's ruined the whole relationship and soured the whole thing and performances have gone due to poor relations, but he clearly was a good manager and his tactics clearly worked(before the behind the scenes stuff)

No, but it did seem to be a turning point in results and in terms of his relationships with the fans.

Or maybe that’s just a coincidence and the limitations of the squad, the drop of form by Jones and Crooks last season eventually had us regress to norm. Then we got even worse because of yet another disaster of a transfer window. That seems much more plausible to me than a bunch of pro footballers downing tools because Wilder didn’t deny something in a couple of press conferences.

I never said he was garbage he’s a good manager and will be again but for whatever reason he lost faith in us and it showed there was a clear disconnect as we all saw and results fell off a cliff in Easter. The same time as Burnley rumours began.

Something happened something was badly wrong and I do think he has to go but he’s still a very good manager.

But it wasn’t working here

Do you think it might have had something to do with us having a **** squad of players?

Did he loose faith or was he let down with false promises?

I think we know the answer don't we.

I completely agree, but wilder didn’t help the fact it’s been toxic all season for whatever reason they weren’t all on the same page and that was only ending one way.

Wilder not using even acknowledging hoppe snd Forrs to a degree or using the academy was wrong as well.

Those are all just opinions. No evidence it’s been toxic beyond rumour and supposition. We have **** players and we are getting **** results. Not rocket science. If it was a bunch of good players strangled by a toxic atmosphere then explain today.

Wilder is a manager, not a side show puppet. He wants to manage and have control over the team and the players he wants.

Why would he play players that don't fit or are ***** that he never wanted???
I think his and the clubs expectations where sold under false pretences.

You could feel something wasn’t right and hasn’t been for weeks.

But apart from Tavernier it’s the same players who were very good at times last season. We have improved in many other areas of the pitch, just not centre mid.

Which ever way you look at it, we have wrote the season off at the very least, simply by sacking the manager. Now it starts again, when there was no need.
