I called at exactly 9am, I wanted to buy car parking as I'd already bought my tickets last night. I was number 3 in the queue and I was on hold for 40 mins.

That will be while fans are moving seats to sit next to the extra person, they'll be checking the website at both ends if the line.

'it's 8765....oh hang on, that is the end of the row isn't it'

'no sorry, they're taken in that row'

'can I have the end seats on a row please'

'it's 8765....are there many steps, we don't like to sit too high'

'it's the back of the west stand upper'

'can you find me something lower down'

And so the conversation goes....it's the same if you queue for the ticket just before kick off, fecking torture.

Lovely bit of theatre there Corcaigh - keep it going - would make a wonderful 10 minute sketch in a local theatre
 
Rang at 9.00. My ST is in block 35 family enclosure. Had it since the move, my son still sits next to me but he's 35 now.
I couldn't buy our tickets online unless l bought u18 tickets.
So 9.00 you are 36 in the queue.... but l am important to them
and they'll have a few people on?.......surely.

In the interim l had tried to ring supporters services on another phone........no answer

Got my tickets and an extra one and the read my card number out

"Oh sorry we're having difficulty with Barclays this morning"
Eventually they said it was OK.
What a pleasant start to the day
I felt sorry for the lady on the other end of the phone she sounded knackered at 11.15. The fault lies upstairs!
 
I was exactly 100th in the queue,made the worst decision ever to stick with it.
3 hours 47 minutes later

I was 98. 3 hrs 55 mins later.
To be told my card has been refused.
I'm Natsest too.
Do t worry she said back office will sort it.
Money still not come out.
On the plus side she couldn't understand why I kept getting an error essay.
Funny that because I have been thinking the same since 5 last night.
 
One for the fans forum AGAIN. What do they expect the morning after a 1700 start when nearly everyone has bogged off home. Remember when they decided to sell two games off at once at the same time.

Am not excusing anything but evening ticket launches were brought in after fans requested this through the forum. This was back in the days before people worked from home. Tea time was deemed to be fairer than a morning when people might not be able to get online.

I was no 4 in queue was on hold for just over 45 minutes
