Surely they could come up with a test. Subjects made to watch a montage of British beauties with an inclinometer attached to winky. Less than 90 degrees would be a pass.

Just when you think this lot can't get any worse, they go and get worse, a lot worse.

I'm 100% now in belief they're just actually trying to make things as bad as possible, so there are even more things to fix for Labour, when Labour come in etc. They 100% know they can't win the election (albeit they should never give up on public stupidity), so it just seems like sabotage now.

It's like the ship has already hit the iceberg and half is on the way to the bottom of the Atlantic, but they're insistent on setting it on fire and destroying lifeboats. Actually they've proven keen on the latter, so it's not even a figure of speech.
 
There is a problem with people making up false reasons for claiming asylum but that's what the interview and application stages are supposed to be able to detect and address. Braverman is highlighting the failing system that lets people not entitled to claim asylum into the country but it's her own government's incompetence that is responsible.
 
The sooner her and the awful government are booted out the better.

I genuinely dislike most Tory policies and politicians but genuinely hate the current lot. There is not one good one amongst them.

It has been, it's delt with via the application process, which Braverman has stopped to create a culture war. It's also irrelevant if there's safe routes in which to claim asylum. We are deliberately causing these problems.

This is just the Tories latest round of evil to sow division, and many are being way to easily reeled in by it.

Problem with that is it would be enough to turn anyone straight so it wouldn't help.

Although maybe that's the solution. Knew there'd be a point to Michael Gove if they kept him around long enough. No-one would seek asylum if sex with him was part of application process.

Some people (admittedly mostly jingoistic, xenophobic pensioners. Or Tory party members as they're otherwise known) want her as their next leader.

The mind boggles. If you want a putrid evil piece of crap as leader, you'd still want a half competent one surely? 🤯
