For me the guy gets straight up and the ref didn’t even look in his eyes or assess him. Seems a bit early?

The guy who was floored won the first round easily, an$ this was only 20 seconds into the 2nd round. Safety first = yes, but that did seem a little harsh from the refThis was the 2nd round, 2.40 sec in.
