Bournemouth sack Gary O'Neil

O’Neil is an arrogant sack of sh*t.

And why didn’t Wolves just go and get Iraola earlier in the summer? Lopetegui has been on his way out all summer. It feels like they have lost their way now. And you suspect that, as with pretty much every club to go up and stay up for a few years, Wolves have started to come down the other side of their peak and will be circling the drain for the next couple of seasons.

I understand some of the 'reasons' for disliking GON, but to be honest they do come across as quite petty (which I realise, is part of the fun of being a footy fan). He's actually seems to be a very decent, grounded & unpretentious man, who the players seemed to really respect. He also has a decent coaching background at liverpool & bournemouth. I'm not in anyway saying he'll be a massive success in the near future, the wolves job will be incredibly hard, but I do find the slagging off a bit dismal!

How would you think about one of your ex players if he said he wanted to not play so he could watch the golf and deliberately got booked?
