Boro close in on Ben Gibson

Burnley made a mistake . They have to take a cut somewhere along the line to reduce his wages and get a bit back. Gibbo has a contract so cannot be forced out to a high bidder. He can simply stay and collect his wages ... he may have told Dyche Boro or nobody.... doubt it but would be nice
 
Ben Gibson was superb for us and I would love to see him back,on the other side of the coin,if he didnt have history with us,how many supporters would be happy for us trying to sign a player who's played 1 league game in 2 seasons?
