As I understand it - he was admitted to a NHS hospital
 
Wow. That really is shocking. Isn't it like 50:50 for those that go in to intensive care?

Fingers crossed he can recover.
 
From the information from the itu dr basically said there is nothing they can do for you no medicine no cure they can only if needed ventilate you in order to buy your body more time to fight it.

But he added if your body gives in then sadly that is it.

it’s a truly awful brutal disease.
 
It really underscores the importance of taking heed of the advice, we all need to do whatever we must to fight the spread of this virus however unpalatable the requirements may be.

All politics in this particular instance needs to be put to one side, whether we like it or not he is PM and I genuinely hope he makes a very quick and full recovery as I do with everyone the world over suffering from this.

I agree.

Given the pictures at the weekend of people sunbathing and such, I think the warning campaign should be more hard hitting than it is. Some people just aren't getting the message of the seriousness of this virus and making it increasingly riskier for the rest following expert advice.
 
Karma as he's been too blase from the start trying to make it into a joke and then when things got really serious acting too late. Seems he's also been lying about how ill he was then but he does have a track record of lying.
 
I can’t say strongly enough how unfit I believe him to be as the leader of this country, or how I think this government has failed us from the beginning of this crisis but...i truly pray that he is able to get through this just as I would any other person.

Such a disgusting post. Hopefully will go punished... but not to sure on that.
