I passed his "convoy" going towards TeesWorks about 1300. Didn't realise it was him at the time, but given the amount of police bike escorts and unmarked 4x4's with blue lights, it was pretty obvious now looking back. They had closed the eastbound side of the Trunk Road. That's twice in the last few weeks I've missed the opportunity to give him the vvanker sign out of the car window.
 
Given the fact that a few weeks ago when in Whitley Bay he thought he was on Teesside. Do we think now he's in Redcar he thinks he's on Tyneside? Muppet.
