Can someone explain that one to me?
Because they are dicks I suppose. Can someone explain that one to me?
Did they announce the break on the big screen prior to the game? I'm at home and didn't know what it was for and might have thought it was time wasting.I thought I heard it on the tv but surely not. No one is that thick are they?
I wouldn't be ashamed you are responsible for your actions not other fans.I’m sat here and it was really loud booing. At a drinks break. Far be it from me to suggest that it’s the same people that boo the knee.
Thoroughly ashamed.
No announcements but the booing continued near me when it was absolutely clear what the break was.Did they announce the break on the big screen prior to the game? I'm at home and didn't know what it was for and might have thought it was time wasting.
It is sick if they know what they are booing.
Surely both teams took a drinks break (I’m at home too so not sure) so not as tho it just looked like Burnley were time wasting.Did they announce the break on the big screen prior to the game? I'm at home and didn't know what it was for and might have thought it was time wasting.

That's awful.No

I'm not looking for an excuse but asking a question.Surely both teams took a drinks break (I’m at home too so not sure) so not as tho it just looked like Burnley were time wasting.
Utterly inexcusable if booing a Ramadan drinks break .. and the tired excuse of misinterpretation can’t be used this time
Nah not suggesting you were Norm. I’m as disgusted as you are at what seems to be another embarrassing moment by a selection of our fans but some people have used the excuse that boing the taking the knee is misinterpreted. That's awful.

Stupid post.I would not boo the Ramadan break, but what next, George dragon slaying break, Patrick eliminating snakes break, Davids sheep surrender break, and Scots haggis eating break,???????,
Well no because none of those things have any impact on a player’s energy or ability to play.I would not boo the Ramadan break, but what next, George dragon slaying break, Patrick eliminating snakes break, Davids sheep surrender break, and Scots haggis eating break,???????,
Both full teams took the break.Surely both teams took a drinks break (I’m at home too so not sure) so not as tho it just looked like Burnley were time wasting.

It isn’t a concession. It’s a simple and costless way of demonstrating tolerance and inclusion. Can’t for the life of me see a problem with it.Stupid to boo it…however the sport shouldn’t be making concessions for religions. It’s people personal choice to believe in any sky fairy they choose but it shouldn’t enforce a break in football or any sport.
Isn’t about respect? Players are observing a fast…..Stupid to boo it…however the sport shouldn’t be making concessions for religions. It’s people personal choice to believe in any sky fairy they choose but it shouldn’t enforce a break in football or any sport.
