Booing at HT

Age old argument on here. You never boo and it’s unhelpful vs I’ve paid my money I’ll boo if I want.

Anthony Vickers tweeted ‘loudest boo for years’ at half time last night.

Was the booing a rocket up the backside and a factor in the improved second half display/result? Does last night disprove the argument that booing doesn’t help and is never acceptable?

Personally I was expecting worse from the crowd on the halftime whistle, sat in the north. Thoughts??

It’s not my style to boo would rather show my frustration in other ways but I was glad a lot of fans booed last night to be honest. They needed telling that we don’t accept that *****

Booing at HT isn't a problem for me.
Booing during the match or having a go at players is.

I actually thought at 0-1 and to an extent at 0-2 the crowd were getting behind the team. And 2nd half it was excellent support at the end.

I didn't and don't ever boo them, but have no problem with people choosing to after being served up a performance like last night's.

I wouldn't boo our players, ever, never have, never will.

I just don't see how that could help in any way, support is always going to be better, but not supporting mistakes, just praise what aspects are done well, if nothing is done well, stay quiet.

If someone was sat at my desk booing me for making a mistake (which I make often) it would just make me worse. The only other way it could improve me, is if I thought "**** em" and it lifted a load, so could rejuvenate me, but loose cannons rarely work well with others.
