I don’t really feel Bola is going to make it back into the side such has been Taylor’s form. Granted Taylor might not be the (long term) answer but Bola seems to be a very timid player who doesn’t seem to fit into CWs plans.

How do you workout Bola’s not in Wilder’s plans. He started all five games under Wilder before he got injured.

Bola will offer much more going forward than Taylor which is what the system is all about. Definitely an improvement with Bola in the team and he totally fits Wilders type of player.

Ive been very impressed with taylor yes he hasnt the energy to make lung busting surges forward but he retains possession extremely well and plays simple but effective balls inside for others to take on. Defensively he is extremely sound as well. I think it would be very harsh to drop him for bola.

Love Bola, he's a threat going forward and solid at the back.

His injury was a big blow to us, thankfully Taylor has been a decent stand in.
He's not great offensively, but I still fancy him to score his first ever league goal this season.
He's been close a few times recently.

I just don’t see him fitting in as he is poor as soon as he gets over the halfway line. I’ve watched him under three managers now and it’s clear to me that he lacks positional and defensive basics sense of awareness.

He was class under Warnock. Arguably our best player under his reign. Will be great to have him back.

Can't agree with that at all.
He was excellent last season.

I thnik he might be in competition with Dijksteel now. A back three of McNair-Fry-Dijksteel OR Bola-Fry-McNair would be the prefered position for him. I think he is a better attacking CB than Dijksteel, certainly the attacking side

Possibly but Dijksteels recovery pace defensively gets us out of the mire a lot. It’s definetly an option but I think personally will used as left wing back for Wilder, definetly think we target a left footed centre back in the summer though.

I’m not disputing his contribution as a squad member which we’ll need for the run in. I just don’t see him as a preferred choice for CW— I suppose we’ll soon find out.

Well he was in the games he was available. I think he will have to earn his way back as he should do but think he probably will do. Taylor has been good though and been a really solid signing. Was very much needed.

Bola was brilliant under Wilder until his injuries… the sooner he is back the better, to give us some attacking balance.

Could be “like a new signing” for our playoff wins!

Yeah I get that too, I just think it would be extremely harsh on Dijksteel personally too. I’m more than comfortable with that best 3 for the rest of the season, sure there will be injuries and suspensions but hopefully not.

I must have watched a different player. Bola is quality and would give us a threat down the left instead of relying on the right so much. Can’t wait for him to be back.
