I don't think anyone is saying we can't mention his name Cogeur. But people are discussing his 'guilt' before he's even been charged never mind convicted.

Once someone is charged then anyone commenting on social media can potentially prejudice the outcome and can be roped in and themselves charged. Not me but you. And the word has gone round on twitter etc for everyone to be careful and mindful across all platforms.
No in all seriousness the nature of the alleged offences of this footballer and others who have been accused of similar shouldn't really be discussed in the court of public opinion until the CPS or indeed the jury has decided their fate.
