Blackburn, Millwall, Sunderland, Coventry.

I think Millwall and Coventry will be the two teams. I can see Coventry taking a point from the Riverside.

Personally I'd rather we played Sunderland in the semi. We are better than them. We know it. They know it. In a one off game anything can happen, but over two legs we'd do them. Some of us are looking at the fixture afraid to contemplate losing to our near rivals. Well, they should be even more fearful. We'll rise to the challenge and shut their nonsense supporters up convincingly about who is the better team.

Then I'd like Luton in the final, where we would settle that account too.

This pandering to the bird botherers is really strange to me.
They won't qualify.
If they do, they won't make Wembley.
If they do, we will beat them.

I've been thinking about this and I think the reason I'd want to avoid Sunderland is the fact that I believe the extra emotion involved would be a bit of a leveller. I think in purely footballing terms we're a better team than any of the play off candidates including Sunderland, but I'm worried a derby game would mean players and fans might approach the game in a more emotional way.

Exactly this form goes out the window

I genuinely would love Boro vs Sunderland and both sets of fans to not be idiots and show everybody why the North East is so special.

Of course that wouldn't happen to many drunken idiots

It’s not though it’s a knuckle dragging self centred town full of idiots.

It would be mayhem

I bet a few of the other play-off contenders won't be very happy if we play a 'weakened' team against Cov. I expect us to play a full team barring injuries, but interesting to see how Carrick approaches these last two games and the teams he picks.
