Looks like it will be one of these four now. I’d fancy us against any of them over two legs, but we could end up playing Coventry 3 times in the space of a couple of weeks, and Sunderland will have added spice, for obvious reasons. So, I suppose I’d rather play one of the other two. Going to be an interesting few weeks for us.

Wouldn't the Sunderland game also have added spice for our players?

Who would you rather play for the last two games?

65 Sunderland - Watford, Preston

66 Coventry - Birmingham, Boro

65 Millwall - Blackpool, Blackburn

65 Blackburn - Luton, Millwall

The only one I think we might struggle against there are Sunderland, given Mowbray’s record against us and they way they played against us in February. Millwall and Blackburn are both limping into the playoffs and Coventry despite our loss earlier in the season are not as good as us imho.

Obviously a Coventry slip up wouldn't be that surprising given they play us at home and they're only 1 point clear of 7th.

Especially when Blackburn and Millwall play each other.

I guess it depends on our team, they'll go full strength.

I think it'll be Millwall 5th and Sunderland 6th. I think we'll lay down a marker on the final day against Coventry and cost them.
Luton vs Boro at Wembley. I've seen nothing from any other team to change my mind

We'll be out for blood if it's Sunderland. We are better than them. We have to get over our Mogga hoodoo eventually

Top 6 odds with Bet365

66 pts - Coventry 4/7
65 pts - Sunderland 10/11
65 pts - Millwall 11/10
65 pts - Blackburn 11/4
63 pts - West Brom 11/2
62 pts - Norwich 16/1
63 pts - Preston 20/1
62 pts - Swansea 33/1

It's clearly 2 from the top 4. And I think 4 points for both Cov & Sunderland maybe enough.

Even 3 for Cov might be enough looking at their GD and the fact they're on 66 pts already.

Fixtures this weekend are:

Blackpool v Millwall (tomorrow evening)
Coventry v Birmingham - Sat 3pm
Sunderland v Watford - Sat 3pm
Blackburn v Luton (Monday night)

I fully expect Sunderland and Coventry to both win, meaning Millwall and Blackburn need to win and still hope either of Cov/Sunderland to drop points against us/Preston respectively.

Millwall then play Blackburn on the last day. So one (or both) are dropping points.

I feel the top 6 will stay as it is, but maybe Sunderland pinching 5th, if we beat Coventry.
