I haven't read through the whole twitter conversation, but is it definitely retaliation by Houchen's supporters?
When I owned a bar there were reasons we stopped stocking brands other than a dislike for the owner of the brand. The main two obviously being cost and customer demand.

I was listening before it came on and didn't know what the next program was going to be. When I found out it was going to feature Houtchen I couldn't stomach it and turned it off. That and the annoying Lahndan bloke presenting it.

Why is it an odd business move?
Lots of businesses express support for political parties, In the main it's where the Tories get all it's money from.
