Barlaser

Hope he turns out good as he does have some good attributes I just don’t fully trust him to not give the ball away in stupid areas. Does it to often. Needs to be smarter when he’s got more time on the ball. Some of his longer passing is great

Maddo said he gave the ball away a lot today. Never saw match so can't confirm that.

What did he achieve? What were our results with him in the team? How many goal contributions did he have?

It's nonsense that Mowatt was good under Carrick backed by nothing but a rose tinted view due to league position.
Agreed on Mowett, we looked far worse with him in the team that without him. He was like the last season of Arca, slowed everything down when we were trying to counter and always wanted too many touches.

Payero coming good would be the feel good story we all need

I think he'll be the one we'll all be talking about in a few months time if given his chance. Like Hackney and Chuba, gems we never knew we had until given a chance and played in the right roles (y)

I totally agree...I just don't think he'll be given a run of games. Carrick bought Barlaser so he will always get played 1st.

I started a thread after the playoffs about Carricks epic mistake not playing the boy.

He's a F***ing smooth baller and you idiots couldn't see it preferring to suggest Mowatt was a better choice, shame on you all. The guy is higher quality.
Mowatt is 1st choice at 5th place West Brom
Now Barlaser is playing regularly....we're battling relegation - well not battling really
