Ayala - tail between his legs - comes back..

I kinda thought the same that he may be back but I don’t think so. Once he has More realistic wage demands he will find a club. It was only a few weeks ago everybody assumed he was off to Leeds. He’s too good a player not to get a club.
 
I doubt there would be animosity towards him from the rest of the squad, Warnock has been in the game long enough to let bygones be bygones if Ayala improves us (which he does) and despite the obsession fans have with players having to love the club he’s perfectly entitled to seek opportunities elsewhere. A couple of good games and the fans will be singing his name again
 
No chance. We all know he'd end up with one of his mystery injuries anyway come February. We need players who are committed.

I doubt Warnock would want him back anyway when you look at how he dealt with Gestede.
 
Some of you need to remember it's his job. If you were offered a 60/70 percent pay cut no doubt you would have turned it down. Does not have to love a club to play for them. I have been on jobs I didn't like but still did job to best of my ability.

It may turn out that as there was no transfer involved in him staying offering a better deal might have made more sense at the time. Too late now though.
