Attendance today

The north stand attempted to get the "we're the north stand" chant" going a couple of times, but the South didn't respond

Was a decent crowd after Christmas the East South and West stand pretty much full just the away end and the North were empty seats

It's getting harder and harder to find the attendance figures for all games. Bring back the days when they were given alongside the results.
As mentioned above, it's nearly always included on BBC match page, under 'Line-Ups' tab.
Normally added after half time.

Are there any websites that show away attendance as well? Can't see it on the club website, BBC or Sky

I remember at the start of the season I felt our attendances would be clearly higher this season than last. Others thought attendances would be the same or down, based on increased prices (we were told by some we were the most expensive prices in the Championship) and a cost of living crisis this Winter and selling our two best players.

My optimism was based on increased season ticket sales both during the Summer and the Spring Early Bird. Though I was worried the Club was putting up prices just as many incomes were/are getting squeezed.

Well we are averaging around 24,900 this season against 21,800 last season, with the same points from the same games.

My guess is the 24k Boro fans for the Millwall game will be a base point for the rest of the season. The Burnley home game on Good Friday has the potential to be a 30k game. Norwich @ home could be 27k. Obviously it depends on if we stay in the top 6.

We currently have the fourth highest average in the division. Not bad to think we're averaging 5,000 more than Burnley who are running away with it at the top of the division.

If we can stay within the play-offs for the rest of the season I expect we'll be averaging crowds of just under 30,000 towards the end of the season.
