I suspect they see 120m (of public money rather than the Tory funders) for guaranteeing the braindead xenophobes vote tory again as a great deal. I'm sure they hoped to keep it hidden that only 200 people would be allowed to be moved to Rwanda though

I think you are looking for an argument that’s not there - I said I can’t see it ever happening, we can’t really say if it’s a deterrent - it might be if any people were ever sent there it may deter others but as mentioned I don’t think any will ever be sent there so hard to prove.

£120 million is the figure we have paid out but what is it costing in legal fees?
