That makes you wonder what a decent pacy striker who can finish would do alongside Fletcher (see last night for evidence)Britt definitely looks better with Fletcher

Intelligence trumps pace every time.....but intelligence AND pace, that's a top striker. You don't need excess pace to be a decent striker but you've got to be there when the decent balls come in.
Agreed.Fletcher is very average for me. Lacks agression and desire like the other two forwards. We need to clear them all out and replace them with hunger, physicality and pace even if it’s raw.
Has potential.......................hes 25 FFS approaching his prime, should have showed his potential long before now. That said I like him.I hope so. Has potential. Good to see him back.
I think he showed his potential last season when he started 29 games at CF and scored 10 and 5 assists. He's competent as a championship CF and would get around 15 if fit and played as a striker for the season.Has potential.......................hes 25 FFS approaching his prime, should have showed his potential long before now. Yeah, it was like he was clenching his teeth afterwards. For a lad that thrives on confidence he needs to take that one! IT WENT IN! Job done.. dunt matter how they go in.He was almost too embarrassed to celebrate! Not sure how the keeper didn’t save it. Our keeper would be getting pelters for that.
He was getting there before his injury. He looks to have bulked up too. Warnock will build his confidence to be the bull in the china shop. He’s got everything else.He needs to be more aggresive in his play , and bully defenders , but I don't think he has it in his nature .
I would certainly play them both. As for Akpom Id look to offload. Im afraid he's one of lifes average journeymen and that is being polite.Whether you like him or not he's played his best football alongside Assombalonga. Up front by himself he's a dud.
Agree, looked better, more mobile and confident the more he played. A big set back for him and the club when he got injured. Hopefully NW will give him a decent run to get him upto match fitness.I think he showed his potential last season when he started 29 games at CF and scored 10 and 5 assists.
