I thought this article might interest some posters on here.

Anyone work with Ruth Sunderland's dad in the 1980s? (he looks very similar to Vic Reeves).

This is just a shill article she will have been handsomely paid for by Ben sea creature killer. Come along I know it pains the Tory voters that the party that both Blindboy and yourself voted for is as much use as death, but I’ve been following this Carbon capture crap for 10 years- it’s all on you tube on the hydrogen revolution and there’s 100s of articles.on it.

Didn’t a cpmpany spend a billion on Teesside only to shut down without producing much carbon because it wouldn’t work. I never had you down for this sort of tricks for Ben Sea polluter and serial BS.

Now That's What I Call Stalking :ROFLMAO:

Proper detectiving there UM (y)

Just keep voting Blue and everything will be fine, trust me I've been to Eton...

Anyone?

I agree the article has the ring of a paid for story. Also still not a lot to see, in the nearly 7 years since she came up last.

As people know I want the Teesside Area to be more vibrant and a major strength is the potential facilities and human resources available.

I would be interested to know, if the stories are realistic and what needs to happen to create Green jobs and keep young intelligent people in the area.

That was only 7 years ago, but BP will make their final decision next spring. They had hoped for the plant to be running by 2027 - with the same amount of jobs as the Air Products failure. Can they get it to work, or are they all in cahoots so they don't have taxes attached to their profits and the Tory robbers dividend in them isn't low. If this does come to fruition I will hold my hands up. But I have been reading this BS for 10 years now.

The Air Products Energy from Waste plants had nothing to do with making Carbon?
The new CEO of Air Products (Seifi Ghasemi) decided he didn't want the company to be involved in the Energy from Waste business so mothballed it.
The site has been acquired by Alfanar who are now recruiting.

You're a good bloke Red - ,I always read your posts, I can see you really do care for our area and you're always positive. It would be great if we did get the work here.
No matter which political party gets the job in the bag.

Carbon capture is part of what they were doing at the site. after the energy they had produced - They couldn't do it!

They couldn't get consistent feed of waste into the gasifier which prevented them from qualifying for the ROCs.
They didn't get anywhere near even making the Syngas never mind looking at Carbon Capture.

Quite an interesting process, the waste has a cost and so has the coal, will BP be able to do this were others have failed?

I would imagine ICI would have been able to do this

Air products shut the place down because of corrosion and design problems primarily, cost them a $1billion dollars apparently. There are 2 fully/ partially built energy plants on teesside that have been mothballed and almost certainly will never operate. There is a another energy from waste plant planned too but that won't be built either. If you want a more realistic view of the these and other project you are better off reading articles on north east bylines website.
