Anyone Going to Dortmund on Wednesday then going to Oberhausen on Saturday.

Just asking as there is only 30 miles between the towns and I know there is a lot of Boro out there following England around, I also believe you can get late trains to Berlin on Saturday if you want to go to the Final whoever is in it?
 
My mate who is out there said the trains have been abysmal. Every train has been either late or cancelled. Their late train was cancelled and it cost the 240 Euros in taxi fares for the 4 of them to get back to their hotel.
He said he never complain about our trains again. Bur I bet he will next season.

I can't remember the last time I had an away day where all trains turned up on time.
 
We are Friday to Sunday on the Cologne flight..big decision to make if England make the final 🤣🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🤣

They are fully aware that there will be big demand to get back to England after the final should we make it.
Tempted to go for final as I’ve just got back and was staggered options. Probably even worse Wednesday night if they make it through.
Hoping KLM will go lower as they won’t be flying the Dutch there.
 
If we do get to the final has anyone thought about coming back from Poland by their flights, Berlin is on that side of the country there is direct bus and train connections. I had a look at Bristol and there is flights back on the Monday from Bydgoszcz and Gdansk ( both have train connections) and both were under £80 one way to Bristol with Ryanair.

edit Warsaw to Manchester on the 15th @£70

How are you with staying up all night partying and leaving your bags in 24 lockers👍find out where showers are that can be used in the morning, I have done the latter( and former) many times.
 
My family who live in Wuppertal say the main trains are awful now. The U-Bahn is fine. Would have stayed with them Saturday but they said we wouldn't have got back.

It sounds like folk are finding this to be true.

We drove past Oberhausen yesterday after seeing the family in Wuppertal.
 
Everything will go after Wednesday if we go through , there will be a massive exodus and then people will be trying to find ways home with already stretched flights and ferries.
For anyone thinking of going if we reach the final, unless your bank balance is ok with a few big hits then if you see a really cheap option now -book it, then worry about all the other details afterwards
When I have done it the other way it's usually the astronomical prices that stops me going rather getting to unknown place B ) and how do I get there) and also asking for a couple of extra days off resolves itself somehow..
And if we loose on Wednesday then at the moment it's just a cheap flight you have bought without adding the extras.
