Anyone go to the Arc Wednesday Night - Libs

Yep, absolutely amazing gig. Got to chat with Gary before the gig as well, he was just hanging about near the merchandise stand. Cool guy.

Peter had been drinking in Storytellers but I just missed him.

Only negative was that I thought they'd have played more songs off of the forthcoming album. They only played the 3 singles. Seemed strange, considering it's supposed to be a promotional tour for the album's release.

Glad you made it and enjoyed it.
They are in my home town on Monday but we are away.

I think these gigs are more like pre season friendlies - just for getting into the groove and trying some new stuff before they get to the big venues.
I'm looking forward to the new album - what I've heard so far is really good

Yeah, you're probably right.

It was a high energy gig, which was fitting for the size of the venue. Playing the new songs might have killed the vibe a bit.

I was there too just over an hour I would say as it was getting on for 9:30 when they got started. Enjoyed it. Pete must have had a few in Storytellers mind. He was a bit wobbly on his feet.

Noticed he’d been in the Kopper Keg prior to the gig. Hope he didn’t have too many of their 7%+ beers.

Any idea how the Redcar gig is selling? Been seeing a ‘spin to win a discount’ getting advertised which isn’t a good sign 🤷🏻‍♂️

Whoa - thanks for that. Loved it

I do like orchestral interpretations. Went to Haarlem in Holland in Jan to see singer songwriter Tallest Man On Earth reimagine his solo stuff with the Amsterdam Sinfiionetta - it was utterly beautiful.
That sounds great. Like most of what I've heard from TMOE. Need to get to see him live

He’s an astonishing live performer - hope you get to see him.
That concert in Haarlem was so emotional. It will live in my memory a very long time - and I’ve been going to gigs almost 50 years
