Any Guinness fiends on here?

I used to love my stouts and porters but since I have stopped putting poison into my body, I still like the taste. The Guinness 0.0% is actually very very good

I agree with that, probably the closest to real booze of all the 0%'ers.

Anyone had the coffee version of booze Guinness I've seen kicking about ?

I do like a nice stout and I a had a skinfull of Bridgetown Brewery's Shark Island Stout in my local last night. I am delighted to report that this morning I managed to produce a Type 3 on The Bristol Stool Chart despite not having any tea before I went to the pub!

Surely, that's the sign of a quality pint and if anyone from the Brewery is reading this I am happy for you to use my soundbite in any future advertising campaign 👍

Cutting down on my alcohol intake of late, not a big drinker by any means. Discovered the 0% Guinness a few weeks back and was very impressed. Have tried various non alcoholic lagers etc, but the Guinness one is winning hands down, still get a nice thick head and the taste is pretty close to the proper stuff.. only 70 cals a can which is pretty good I feel.

The whole Guinness is better in Ireland thing is a bit of a myth but there is some truth. Basically, the more a line is used the less likely to get stale beer in it. Everyone drinks Guinness in Ireland so the lines are kept clean, well maintained and fresh. Away from Ireland then it just depends on how frequently people drink Guinness. The more people that drink it the better it will be. If you go somewhere that hardly sells any then it will be rubbish. Kind of becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.

I bet the bogs are in a bit of a state in Ireland.

How its poured makes a massive difference too, I've never had a bad guinness in Ireland but I've been served some atrocious efforts here,
