did she perform any yazoo tunes?matured into a very good looking woman as well!
1st half was all old stuff and all done with real enthusiasm and class.
2nd all new electro pop with two guys on keyboard stacks surprisingly enjoyable again real guality.
One of the best gigs I've been to in years and showed up so many of the dross milking their past glories.
listening to ken Bruce? It's on now!and the worst song of 1975 is...... if only for the high pitched note she belts out every now and again... a drone of a tune with bland keyboard riffs......and the effing birds.....lyrics - "all I wanna do is make love with you" ...terrible.
Yeah, first half all the hits as far as I can remember, once all this covid is over I'd keep an eye on the Barbican in York, seen some really good acts before the shutdown

My favourite album of hers is one of the later ones, recorded with Insects, Hometime. Some great songs, an interesting sound and her voice on top of it all.Yazoo and Alison's solo stuff are both very under-rated. It's interesting that the two Yazoo songs that seem to get the most airplay these days ("Situation" and "State Farm") didn't actually feature on their albums (in the UK anyway).
Enjoy, lockdown in Manchester and it's pouring downNo , in Thailand in my hammock
