Bloody Chinese lanterns are even worse. There was a stables burnt down a couple of weeks ago when one these damn things landed, blazing away, just outside the door, thankfully the staff and all the horses got out okay.

If they just land in a field and burn out cattle and sheep chew on them causing injury.

And the number if times RNLI Lifeboats have been called out to the damn things after members of the public, in all good faith bless them, have reported flares out at sea.
