Police Investigating Social Media Abuse

Cleveland Police are investigating an incident of social media abuse aimed at our player Chuba Akpom after Saturday's game against Bristol City.​

The offensive Tweet, made within minutes of the final whistle, was immediately reported to the Police and to Twitter.
Twitter's response, as detailed below, was "We reviewed the reported content, and didn’t find it to be in violation of the Twitter rules. In this case, no action will be taken at this time."
The club has a zero tolerance policy towards hate crime and discrimination of all forms.
The Police investigation is ongoing.

I hope it's not in violation of this board's rules to say that the person who posted that tweet is a complete and utter **** and Musk is a self important, out of touch, narcissistic bellend.
 
I looked at that idiot sweetleafs Twitter… he has form and I can’t believe he’s still allowed to post… I guess it’s elons free speech policy… 🤬
 
How about people just stop using Twitter. Including footballers etc.

(Not at all condoning the idiotic racism, but it’s like complaining about graffiti in a public toilet, except all the public toilets are now owned by a “free speech absolutist.”)
