Rob will have been at Carrick's pre Blackpool press conference this afternoon.. (usually 2:00pm).

He has suggested earlier in this thread that he was told just after the press conference that there was going to be an announcement in 5 minutes (would have been around 2:30pm).

It either hasn't materialised, or it's the Akpom thing.

Only just back from pre match press conference. So, apologies for lack of update. I knew it would take me a while to drive home so thought I should give you the heads up that there was some Boro News being announced. I didn't know what it was only that something was being announced.

Anyway, just got home now.
I am sure we all condemn the racism and stand behind Chuba Akpom and the football club in publishing this.
