He scored probably the most dramatic goal in the Premier League era too.
 
It's been a bit of a shame for that City golden generation as he will leave like Silva without a decent send off.

He's been in and out for 18 months due to injuries but he's got some scoring record. I keep reading fans saying 'he's just a goal scorer'. It makes me laugh as most clubs are crying out for one😂

I'd rather have a 'just a goal scorer' than forwards who run around a lot and don't score.
 
I think it’s been on the cards for a while, I read an article 2-3 years ago where he said he was going to head back to SA at the end of his contract, not sure if that’s still his objective

I was actually paying at a charity match at the riverside on this day and it was my Mowbray who told us what had happened. Unbelievable scenes!
 
What I feel is much more than sadness. It's going to be very sad to see him go, the departure of Segio Aguero is going to be a big miss because he's one of the best players I've ever seen because his talent is unbelievable and incomparable.
 
Barcelona would be my bet. He's 32 and been injury prone so I can get city's stance.

I think he fits into the 'legend' status. 247 goals. Hopefully he can crack 250.

Its safe to say City got their moneys worth.
 
You have to say, he's been one of the best big-money big-name signings of the last 20 years. He's scored the goals, never really caused a fuss - just settled into what must have been a very different environment to what he was used to, and stayed for years. I know people will say that money helps, but there's plenty of examples of players who were paid a fortune, but didn't manage to settle down in a new culture.

Also one of very few players not playing for boro to score a goal that i have celebrated as if scored by a boro player... Agueroooo-ooooooooooo!
 
Shame to see him leave but injuries have affected him badly recently.
Moving to Barcelona seems odd, he’s not that much younger than Suarez and probably want similar money.
 
One of the all time Premier League greatest players.

It's a tough call between him and Henry as to who is the greatest foreign striker the PL has had.

Nice to see he's getting a statue outside Etihad along with Silva & Kompany. Fully deserved.

Those 3 will be remembered forever by City fans. What a spine that was.
