Aerial photo of Ayresome Park - anyone know the year, or thereabouts?

Do you know when the blue Russell advert went up? I've seen a photo from 1992 with it, and then an undated photo with a differing advert, which must have been earlier.
 
Heritage Unlocked used this photo recently. I think it is interesting because it also shows the General Hospital site, with former workhouse blocks and the Holgate wall as well as the former work house/hospital incinerator that used to be a landmark at the south west corner of Ayresome. Clairville Stadium is standing and above that can you see the green square of Hutton Road training ground, only finally redeveloped in the last year or so. Middlesbrough looks pretty green from this shot.
Tosh Warwick from Heritage Unlocked might know the exact date.
