Addicted to learning guitar.

Surprised to see that nobody as yet has seconded PartyMarty as an excellent choice for those that can already play a few chords.
MusikMan and JamesJames are other terrific options.
Just learned Reflections of my life by Marmalade by those two just mentioned. Beautiful song and pretty easy to play along to.
 
I'm another be affected by this thread. I've always played, but taken it very much for granted this last ten years to the point I've not noticed how rarely I play now.
Played daily since this and have splashed out on a Fret King Elise JE - this has got to be one of the most underrated guitars ever. It is immense and I'm hooked again... Wow!

No mate different guys.
I like PartyMarty as he gets straight into it. Shows you the chords that will be used in the song and off he goes.
he often simplifies the songs too for new learners. Same too with the others I mentioned.
If you already know a few chords it is somewhat boring watching other tutors wasting your time watching them explaining where you fingers go etc.

Nothing against Justin or Andy but often their tutorials go on for twenty minutes and mostly it's about showing where the index finger goes etc etc to form the chords.

The guys I mention presume that you already know that.

JamesJames usually has the song playing in the background and simply plays along with it and the camera angle that he uses is a close up of his hands playing the chord
and the other the strumming pattern.
MusikMan does the same but without any music in the background but does the same with the close up of the hands.

The tutorials are mainly just the length of the song, 5 mins give or take.

PartyMarty is my fave though.
All three are free lessons.
