What time was kick-off, it seemed to finish early.

Edit: Just looked and it was 7 pm, I think many of our fans would have struggled to get there for a 7 pm mid-week kick-off.

Magic of the cup😕

Thursday night 1900 kick off and on TV. Whoever thought dragging out the round over 5 nights / days was a good idea is a clown.

Saturday and Sunday only. The majority should KO at 1500. It's not like people are tuning in to watch all these televised games. We are saturated with footy as it is through sky.

Just taking the Mick out of a once grear competition. Least we don't have the draw on the fecking One Show now.

And it was only £15 Adult £5 kids.
Can you imagine the crowd at £30 a pop
Shocking crowd
I'm looking forward to match tomorrow
Pressure off, decent crowd ,.good atmosphere ( like the Stoke 5 nil loss ) and every chance of being in the draw for thr 4th round and a good away day somewhere
UTB

If we get through, we don't want Wolves or Orient in the next round (n)

It’s a bit delusional to call our crowd decent, even if it’s going to be better than Sheffield United’s. We’ll only be half full at the same better than half price charges. I’ll be there, because I am old enough to remember when this competition mattered, but it doesn’t any more. If you are a lower league club, you are only in it in the hope of a big away draw (and would happily switch home advantage when it was allowed). If you are in the bottom half of your division, you sideline it to concentrate on avoiding relegation. If you are in the top half of your division, you sideline it to concentrate on the playoffs. If you are a top six club you play your reserves, but still win it anyway because your squad is so deep. Nobody really cares anymore.

A bit delusional to say a estimated 20,000 Crowd for a 3rd round FA Cup tie against Blackburn at minus 1 degrees and a 12 noon kick off,.seems either a post from a young Child or a attention seeker 🤔

I think 20k would be a very good crowd for this tie. Given kick off time, weather, opponent etc.

Doesn't look like it will be anywhere near that though on the seating plan from ticket website. It looks less than 15k to be honest. That's just a very crude glance through though.

About 15k tickets left including blocks not released and the fact there’ll be a couple of busloads of away fans so going to be 17-18k.

TV have got a grip now, like they have in other sports.
As a Blades fan said on another board, it’s 15 quid in to see a reserve side, freezing cold and its live on TV.
How many sat at home watching the Blackburn league game for the same reason?
Unfortunately some fans (hello you lot up the coast) more interested in bitching over attendances than making a stand over games being slung here there and everywhere.
